by

Although having spent over 20 years in the United States, Raphael Djine is one of those Cameroonians and African still deeply connected to his home country and continent. He originates from the West of Cameroon where he was born. In his late teens, Raphael immigrated to the United States to further his education. At first, he trained in martial arts, becoming a 3rd degree black belt in judo. These skills permitted him to participated in three US Opens and other international competitions. He then ventured in the world of business.

Entrepreneurial ventures

In 2001, Raphael saw the value of entrepreneurship in helping strengthen communities. Raphael established a transportation business at this time, and he has grown the business from nothing into a hundred-million-dollar business with over 140 trucks, employing more than 2000 men and women from every class and race, young and elderly alike. Through the years, the business has expanded across 48 States. Under its umbrella, he has established 12 van lines moving companies in various states, as well as brokerages for moving freight and household goods.

Among his investments in projects that create jobs and grow communities, he also has a real estate management company, Master Property Management, which operates in Africa and the United States. It purchases and then builds affordable houses as well as serving as a private money lender for real estate projects, from single-family to commercial properties, small and large. In addition to transportation and real estate, Raphael invests in a variety of fields, including fast food stores.

iLeadGlobal

iLeadGlobal which stands for International Leadership, Entrepreneurship And Personal Development, was born out of Raphael’s desire to help and give back to his community. Founded about five years ago, iLeadGlobal has as goal to change the lives of 2 Billion people around the world by the year 2040. Three vehicles are used to do this; Challenge individuals to tap into their true potential, find their purpose and bring their dreams to reality, encourage and support Entrepreneurship and train young persons to become great leaders.

Having being mentored by entrepreneurs and leaders like John C. Maxwell, Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor and Myles Monroe, he combines the teachings of these great men in his global institute and coaching programs. iLeadGlobal has already impacted the life of over four million people around the world. “We are on track so far, and I believe when we get to one billion that will be the end because getting the other billion will be easy” he says.

Missionary work

As a young man making a lot of money, Raphael says he was financially and physically fine, but empty inside. “I know what it means to have everything yet nothing” he says. After realizing he had been using the wrong vehicle to pursue happiness, he had to do something. Raphael turned for spiritual direction to the All Nation Church. Soon, his pastor, Bishop Dr. Srank Ofosu Appiah, leader of the All Nation Church, acknowledged the call of God in Raphael’s life. Bishop Appiah encouraged him to become a leader in the church, and Raphael attended Advanced Life Leadership Academy for Christian leadership training. Next, he went to Beulah High University in Atlanta, Georgia, for Biblical study.
